CONFERENCE PURPOSE

2 Cor 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, but where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, looking on the glory of the Lord, with unveiled face, are transformed according to the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Lord the Spirit. [Darby].

The Bible tells us that the Lord's deepest desire is to be with people who love Him. (Prov 8:17a. I love those who love me.) At Church at Northern Virginia we seek the Lord continually and try to make Jesus the main focus of our lives and our meetings.
We ask Him to come and while He is here, do what ever He wants. The presence of the Lord is not a by product of what we are seeking; to be with Him is the main focus of our lives.
We believe that we are changed by being in the presence of God. Our focus will be on asking the Lord to come in ever increasing levels of His glorious power so that we can all be transformed into the likeness of Jesus by His glorious presence. We will focus on bringing people into the manifested presence of God with impartation from Him and our speakers.
